Are you watching me?

5" x 7" Acrylic on canvas panel

I love to watch the birds in my yard, and I have several feeders  to attract them. However,  I am not a true bird watcher though, as many in my area are.  These people, with binoculars, cameras, and other cumbersome equipment trudge along  difficult paths to catch sight of certain birds.
It leads me to wonder, what do the birds think about all this surveillance.

Bird with Attitude

 4" x 6" Acrylic on Canvas  sold

One of the little bird paintings I love to create. I've given this one a kind of "I've had it with you", look.

I was   interested in the shadow on the wall, as well as the young girl sitting in that yellow chair  with her funny hat and apple in her hand.

Back Yard

8x10 inches   Acrylic on Watercolor paper

This is a painting I submitted to Virtual Paintout.  The place visited on Google Maps was  St. Petersburg, Russia.  I named the painting "Back Yard"because of the line of laundry and the fence.  Actually, I think it was the front yard, but quite a neat neighborhood even though a little unusual.
